Crazy Kuhner's wife gets her own daily talk show

Crazy Kuhner opened the show today by teasing that his wife who calls into the show every Friday will have a major announcement. At 1:40pm it was announced that DR. Grace will be heard every day from 9am to Noon. CK and Grace promoted the show at the station it can be heard on AM 1260 the Buzz.
I can't believe they allowed him to promote his wife's new show on a competing talk station.
It is unclear if Grace Voto who had been buying a hour of time on small North Carolina AM and is the culture editor for an obscure website will be heard on all the Salem stations or just in Boston
 
My guess is just at Salem's 1060 here.
Nationally, Salem is shifting Hugh Hewitt to mornings 6-9 am and he will replaced by Larry Elder from L.A. in the 6 pm time slot.* (Bill Bennett will wind up doing commentaries and maybe fill ins.
9-noon on Salem stations tends to be Mike Gallagher.

WBIX has brokered biz shows noon-3 pm, I think.

Kuhner went to the noon slot in late June of last year and promised syndication. Let's update his situation:

And if you thought 1510 was a no mans land, 1260 makes them look like a 12 market share blowtorch.

Well lets see if the part time PD at 680 has a chat with Jeff and tells him Dr Grace is no longer allowed to call into his show.

Assuming the Globe is buying the AM drive airtime, and we know Barry is buying his, Entercom probably could care less that he just promoted the competition,and I use that term loosely, he may have gotten away with it once, lets see if he does it on a regular basis.

Maybe Jeff can buy one of the CBS o&o's and then he and Dr Grace, the sister in law, and the rest of the crazy train can do their own thing.
 
I think we have heard the last of Dr Grace putting Liberals in place on RKO. I asked Kim Kerrigan about the morning show and she told me that the show is a joint venture between Boston Globe Media and Entercom. And that She, Meterpearel and the producer are all Entercom employees. Armstrong is probibly their bigest client If I was him I wouldn't be to happy with Kuhner promoting a show in the same time slot as Money Matters.

Maybe they can run "Dr. Grace"'s and Mike Gallagher's show at the same time the same way they run 2 different ads or 2 different news programs at the same time every weekend and have been doing for months.

Vuoto show debuted today.
They were off for a few minutes when I tuned in the terrestrial signal but the stream was working with commercials then (after the terrestrial signal got back) she introduced her co-host Santos (didn’t catch the last name) “international man of mystery” and played a sound cut from those Dos Eqquis ads (most int. man in world). First caller gushed all over her being on the air and saying “I like you much better than your husband”. Show called American Heartland.

The Buzz did update their site, incl. Grace 9-noon. Larry Elder carried 7-9 pm followed by a 12 hr delayed airing of
Mike Gallagher.

And it appears even someone interested in the programming can't keep track of it.

There was a period when they were airing a financial guy (sold time) at 2PM...now he's gone...replaced by Jay Sekulow.

There was a sold time program in the 5PM hour (was it Kelley?)....he's gone...and now it appears they carry all 3 hours of Michael Medved.

I hope no one was getting used to Michael Gallagher....because he's gone too.

They must have gone to the same programming school as the people running 1510AM.

None of the shows will ever garner an audience, because you can never tell when they will be on...and when they'll be gone!

Oh! Wait...someone's on the phone wanting to have their own show talking about annuities?

Quick! Cancel an hour of the morning-drive show! (You know, the new one we're trying to get people interested in?)
 
She had a caller "Jeff" yesterday arguing with her about Trump. I missed the beginning of the call so I don't know if they mentioned it, but it was Kuhner.
 
True...they can always listen online if they want to hear him live (unless another Salem-type station is around on terrestrial).

Once there was a station that managed to run Dennis Miller on a 21 hr delay I think
 
It's 1260. I'm surprised they remember to shut off Gallagher's show while Grace's is on. How long have they been operating now? They're still consistently playing 2 different news broadcasts at the same time on weekends.
 
because I am bored out of my mind tonight, I decided to google Grace Voto, got hits for Kuhners "Institute" where she had some fancy title.

seems they didn't renew the URL because it goes to a porn site now.

Good going Kuhner.... google your wife and get redirected to porn !
