CRB RI pending Transactions

Charles River Broadcasting's board has voted to sell WCRI(FM) Block Island, RI and sister station WCNX(AM) Hope Valley, RI to CRB President Christopher S. Jones (the son of long time WCRB owner the Reverend Theorore Jones).
 
Could this mean that WCRI will stay classical even after the former Charles River flagship WCRB changes format??
