Crossing Lines

Has anyone been watching Crossing Lines on NBC? I've enjoyed it so far.

I am a fan of William Fichtner, ever since his days on As The World Turns. He plays Carl Hickman well.

The characters are starting to develop. They bring strengths (and weaknesses) to the team.

Donald Sutherland hasn't been given much to do, but his character doesn't necessarily need to.

I didn't like that the killed Agent Pride in the first episode. Her ability to get the officer to remember detail was interesting.

The scenery has been great.

One problem could be developing cases that the team can go after.

My wife and I enjoy the show. What really makes it different is that it is produced in Europe by Europeans, which gives a unique feel and perspective to the show for a U.S. broadcast network. Great visual locations as well. Nice change of pace.

Note how much the characters travel long distances by train. You never see that on an American show.

Only quibble: The fictional plots don't really have much to do with the real-life ICC.
