A new Hot AC station planned by Golden West in Spruce Grove, Alberta; a new Classic Hits-Oldies station planned in Cobalt, Ontario; a new French language community station planned in Dolbeau-Mistassini, Quebec.

Ownership changes proposed for CKNI 91.9 Moncton, New Brunswick (Rogers to Acadia); CJRP 103.5 Saint John, New Brunswick (Pritchard to James Houssen); CJHQ 107.1 Nakusp, B.C. (Nakusp Roots Music Society to The Nakusp Community Radio Society); and a technical upgrade proposed for CHFR 96.5 on Hornby Island, B.C.
