CSI:NY Announcer

Who is the guy who does the CSI:Q contest announcements on CSI:NY? He urges you to text the answer to a trivia question to "38383". It comes out "thwee-eight-thwee-eight-thwee". I can't believe that CBS would put a guy with such an obvious speech impediment on the air. Or, is it some kind of text-to-speech program?

Either way, it sounds awful.

Hello... they are obviously going for a younger audience with the whole Texting thing anyway and since most little kids pronounce THREE as thwee I think the guy with an obvious speech impediment is doing a great job! ;D
