CSI: NY on TNT starting July 3rd

I thought it was a mistake but I saw a promo on TNT telling how CSI: NY will be on the network. Its not listed as a show on the tnt.tv website but its on the schedule on their website. Set date is July 3 according to this website http://www.fanpop.com/spots/csi-ny/links/6833566 Now what I don't get is that will both Spike TV and TNT be airing CSI: NY or is CSI: NY leaving Spike TV for TNT?

If you follow through to the link posted on the FanPop site, the source is Sitcoms Online, who says TNT and Spike will share CSI:NY, airing the shows during different times:

Didn't think two different networks not owned by the same company could air the same rerun of a popular drama. So why doesn't TNT want to air CSI and CSI Miami also?

Perhaps Spike and A&E don't want to limit the times they can run them, while Spike was willing to give up prime time rights to the NY franchise. It doesn't mean TNT isn't interested, but it might not be an option.
