I noticed USA Network is airing CSI episodes. Their from the year 2001. But wait I thought Spike TV has the rights to the CSI series. While CSI: NY is shared with both Spike TV and TNT and CSI: Miami is only on A&E.
USA and Spike are sharing seasons 1-10. As of fall 2011, USA will have the exclusive rights to sea on 11 and later. As of fall 2014, USA is the exclusive cable home for it.

Wonder why Spike TV didn't resign the deal. It was a surprise Spike TV got the rights to show CSI instead of USA Network when the rerun rights came out. Reason for that as most CBS action and drama shows went to USA in reruns. JAG, Walker Texas Ranger, Nas Bridges, NCIS.
That's far from most. Spike has shared CSI NY for some time now, and today's marathon aside, USA's plan as announced is to air CSI on Friday nights, when Spike usually doesn't.
