CTV Northern Ontario off the air?

On a recent Wikipedia edit, CITO Timmins was marked as having shut down on Dec 3. I reverted the edit for not having a reliable source. Is there any proof that CITO is off the air? What about the other CTV Northern Ontario stations? And how do I access the ISEDC database?
 
I just checked their Facebook page. There's no indication that they're off the air, temporarily or otherwise.
