It's normal for a station to "lose" while in the first 6 months or year of trying to go up such an established outlet. I think, regardless of excuses made, being able to beat a station that's well-established in THREE MONTHS after launch for two consecutive books is an accomplishment in and of itself, no matter the circumstances. And, like it or not, they remain dangerously close for Q100.
Power is not as rhythmic leaning as 96.1 The Beat was while they were Rhythmic CHR. I personally hated the rhythmic CHR format, not sad to see it falling on hard times.
