Original Citadel shareholders are gone with the bankruptcy. These shareholders hold shares in a "New Citadel" and they are, for the most part, secured creditors farther back behind the primary lien holders.

You are correct about the bankruptcy. There are shares of the “new” Citadel on the OTC or pink sheets CDELA.PK is the symbol. They were not very widely traded but a couple of hundred can be bought. There is not a “market maker” so sometimes you can buy or sell big blocks (100,000 or more) and sometimes you can’t.
 
Anyone wanting to brighten up their bedroom walls, I have shares of the "old" Citadel available at a reasonable cost.
