Given that they only have two-overlapping markets, the FCC and DoJ analysis and approvals probably won't take that long. The one concern for DoJ would be media concentration, but CCU has many more stations, so I don't think it is going to be much of an issue.
As to determining what they are going to do with each market, donuts to dollars, they have already planned out what they are going to do. Once the deal closes, the clock is running and interest is accruing, so they are going to rush to get operating costs in line ASAP. The switchover to Op-X and whatever traffic system they are running may take a bit longer, although they have stated 90 days.
