Cumulus Indy to be evicted?

The rightfully proud former staff that built that place has to be in shock...regardless of the circumstances.

They plan to build an interchange that far south? If so it's not likely to happen anytime soon. That area was widened not too long ago.

IIRC, the property in question is in the path of a new interchange for I69/I465.

Not an excuse to stop paying the property tax, especially not if you want fair treatment at eminent domain time.

A clerical error should have been noticed before it went to tax sale, probably by the bean counter who should have seen that Cumulus Indy's property tax bill was above the budgeted amount for four consecutive billings.
