Was anyone able to decipher the two minutes of legal speak aired on The Little Ticket yesterday? I heard it about 7:45 AM and then again during afternoon drive. It sounded to me like Cumulus was attmpting to buy out all the other investors but by the time they named every investor, individually I couldn't be sure.
 
(Reuters) - Radio broadcaster Cumulus Media Inc. said Monday it agreed to a $1.3 billion buyout led by its chief executive and Merrill Lynch.

(That was in July, they probably had to announce the names of all the prospective investors)

I was told FCC has that as a requirement for any buyout, but only for a pre-determined amount of time to suffice the coverage. Cumulus is just getting happy with this thing. I heard it during the Top 10 once. WHEW!
