Sad to hear the news about Mr. Baker. Great guy to work for.
 
Yes. Why is it always the good guys making a decent living that have dedicated DECADES of their lives building up properties for owners that always seem to get the axe? The new fools that own that property should be ashamed of themselves... seriously.
