Nobody is trying to sell Cumulus. An outsider made an offer for the shares, but it was turned down.
Also, DFW is Cumulus’ biggest revenue market by a significant margin, so it’s not going anywhere by itself as a cluster.
Well perhaps not "publicly". If they could have sold the entire thing when they were busy selling off the ABC crown jewels, they most certainly would have. I don't think there is any question they still have brokers out there looking for buyers - not that there are many to be found in 2022.
pretty much a rich investor tied to do the Elon Musk buying twitter tactic of "Hostile takeover of a company" and failed hard when Cumulus shareholders said no.
Your bias is showing. Elon Musk did not invent the hostile takeover. LOL!
