Cumulus radio stations on Iheartradio

I know the deal was signed in early December... Currently, CC is hyping an "ad-free" iHeartRadio app "from now until April," so if I were to guess, I'd say Cumulus, Greater Media, and the other third-party stations will be up and running when the new updated ad-laden version of the app is released sometime this spring.

They were originally saying it would happen by April 1, but Inside Radio is reporting it will happen May 1 instead. The delay is apparently because it's taken Cumulus a little longer to get Sweet Jack set up and working to their satisfaction, and the deal calls for Clear Channel to start promoting Sweet Jack.

They should just wait until Iheartradio fixes their bugs. That app has so many issues loading itself. Everybody doesnt have a Facebook.

The Facebook requirement was lifted in either October or November. You can create an iHeartRadio account independent of Facebook and use it instead. I do, however, agree with you that the app has several issues they need to fix. The stations they've added since K-Love, Air1, WNYC and USC's stations went live in October are available on the website only. I've favorited one of those stations, and I just get a placeholder for it on the iPhone app. I was hoping the last update they issued a month or two back would fix that problem, but no such luck!
