wait......that guy actually knew how to speak?? Towards the end there I thought he was a mime, incapable of a friendly "hello," "good morning," hell.....even the shrug of his head.
 
As bad as that no-talker was - now they're left with the always-friendly (especially to the WHITE employees) and super-competent (unless HIGHER ratings are your goal) Sam Nelson.
