Cumulus should flip Mix 97.7 to Classic Hits

How many AC stations does the Hudson Valley need? WLTW and WHUD covers Orange County. Then we have WHUD, WRNQ, WCTW which covers Ulster and Dutchess counties.

And pull listeners from sister station WPDH? I don't see that happening.

Let Goodradio do the trick if they should flip one of the "Lite-FM's" to something else, maybe a "Movin'" format. Remember when 106.7 dropped it's "Lite-FM" name a few months ago in NYC? It's now "New York's 106.7", maybe Goodradio will take over these stations and they should drop its "Lite-FM" moniker. Now CC still has "Lite-FM" on 92.1 and 98.5. If Goodradio comes, 98.5 should bring back hot AC as "98.5 The Cat". ;D

true. wasn't thinking about that. lol

It just seems like the Hudson Valley has way too many AC stations and not enough variety in the music. Cumulus could take Mix 97.7 in a soft ac position like Fresh 102.7 in the city or like a Mix 102.7 before the station was changed to Fresh.

I know, hotelpaper, Mix 97.7 is sounding a lot like Fresh 102.7 in New York City.
