Buffalo Cumulus Sues Nielsen

I could not be happier that Cumulus has filed an antitrust lawsuit against Nielsen. This is something I wanted to do years ago, but did not have deep enough pockets.

I have been saying on this board for years how unfair the Nielsen practices are, and posters would say “ ahhh…Buddy’s always crying about Nielsen. “

Damn right I am, and so should any other broadcaster. I am punished by them because I am not a minority. The weighting, the scare tactics, the price gauging.

As of now, not even agencies know the BIG WECK exists because I am not minority, and I happen to know our ratings are great, but of course I can’t say them.
