Cumulus taking 1280 WNAM Neenah/Menasha silent

There was a silent STA filed on December 18th. Cumulus will have a year to see if there's any interest in the license.

Okay - Good To Know - if they do go silent - I would keep a close eye on it - just because Cumulus filed a Silent STA with the FCC doesn't mean it's truly the end - we don't know - but it could be purchased by someone else. I'm starting to think maybe it's not going to get any interest from buyers, the 5 tower arrays and transmitter needed to be kept in tip top shape, both were severely neglected according to Don himself and another thing that didn't help the lack of an FM translator.
