CUMULUS TRACKING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS?

The alternative is charging employees for their benefits. It's already being done at some companies to deal with rising health costs. The health care crisis is real. It's forcing companies to play hardball with benefits. This is just one example. So when you see news coverage about rising health care costs, this is how it hits home.
 
Yea, I was about to say, there's nothing new about this. Given health care costs today it's almost irresponsible if companies don't keep an eye on such costs.
