Candidates for this position must have:
• Minimum of two (2) years previous Sales Management experience
• The ability to coach, lead and train Account Executives
• Proven success in direct new business development
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Written, verbal communication and organization skills
• A passion to exceed budget goals and achieve excellence
As the General Sales Manager for WSOX, your duties will include:
• The implementation of a sales plan/vision
• Recruiting new team members
• Account list management, pricing and creation of sales packages
• Revenue projection, forecasting and tracking, inventory management
• Setting Account Executive budgets and development of a weekly sales plan
• Conducting sales/training meetings in both an individual and in a group setting.
Our GSM will also be responsible for maintaining strong ties and visibility to client/advertising community. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
