Cumulus

My messagebox is flooded with inquiries as to the identity of my source(s) for the inside scoop. I cannot reveal my source(s) for fear of losing the vital flow of information. For what it's worth, my source(s) and I have jointly agreed to refer to him/her/it/them collectively as "deep ass". Please don't ask. Rest assured, when the ass speaks, I'll report.

I love you people!

that needs to be forwarded to the various departments of labor....

ya can't do that if the employees are not considered "exempt"

Okay... and this relates to Raleigh/Greensboro radio how? ???

Maybe this relates better:

CC will release its 4th qtr 2009 results on March 11. The question is, whether earnings will follow the trend of the last several quarters (downward), and whether poor 4th quarter results will tip them into violation of their loan covenants. By agreement with its lenders for its senior secured debt, that debt cannot exceed 9.5 times EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization). That ratio climbed quarterly in 2009, from 7.1 (1st qtr) to 8.1 (to 2nd quarter) to apprx. 8.8 (3rd quarter).
Will Christmas 2009 retail ad buys be enough to halt the trend? All eyes are on March 11!
