When Rob Hunter was shown the door, they had Karie Dozer doing the 1 hour "News at Noon", then more of her from 1-2PM. with "commentary" from the other program hosts.
Now it seems that we have the "News at Noon", handled by rotating news staff, and Karie makes her entry about 12:30 - "Arizona's Newsroom with Karie Dozer".
It seems that she is being "partnered", more or less, with Mike Russell until 2PM, when Mac & Gaydos take over.
Is it me, or is this 12:30 - 2PM just about impossible to listen to? Chalk on a blackboard sounds better than these two.
If they are just trying to fill empty time, then why don't they just rerun 90 minutes of Dave Ramsey from the night before, like they do Saturday nights?
I don't see where this is an improvement over the Hunter show.
What was the point in removing Hunter? Money? Or because he did a good deed for a sick veteran?
Unrelated -- why is KTAR's Sunday morning programming missing from their website?
"The Smart Investor", "Voice To America", and "Around The World" with Michael Dixon - no links, nothing at all, as if this programming doesn't exist.
Very confusing. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
