I couldn't help but notice that it's January 10th and the Houston Astros either have not formally announced their radio team, or they are still looking for announcers. This is interesting because normally teams hire announcers right about this time to promote the new "voices" of the team before spring training. So, my questions are: Are they closing in on someone? Has their website not made an update? Are the pickings slim? Any replies are welcome.

Alan Ashby is returning to Houston to do TV color, and with Bill Brown reducing his schedule, Ash will be doing PBP in Brown's absence with Geoff Blum on color.
