Current DJs Not on WLS

What current DJ, who has NEVER been on LS, would you like to hear broadcast from the Big 947? They can be from within the market or from outside the Chicago market.

Now remember, you said they can be outside the Chicago market, so here we go.
Chuck Collier (oops--he's still at WGAR here in Cleveland--but since you asked, I'd love to hear him on WLS, and I'm pretty sure he never was at 'LS).
And, Steve Cannon, who was let go from WTVN in Columbus almost 3 years ago and hasn't been back on the air since, as far as I know. He'd fit in perfectly at 94.7.
Well, you said our choices could be outside the Chicago market.

Yep, they could even be from Podunk, Iowa or Podunk, MI.

Well, even though he's a icon in the Los Angeles market. I'll have to go with Rick Dees. I believe he could bring personality radio to the Big 947.

BTW, you can check him out 5-10am online on www.movin939.com

If we're choosing jocks who were never on WLS, Hey, Let me be on there! ;D

Doug Dahlgren

Great choice! He's been away from radio for a while but I bet he'd pick it up again real fast. Another one is Bob Dearborn... all those years on WFYR, WJJD, WCFL... he's got a lot of Chicago radio experience. And he sounds terrific these days. Better than when he was at WJMK a few years ago. I listen to his morning show online form Canada. Scott Miller! There's another one who always does a great job on the air. I think he's in Memphis now. And Pat O'Kelly. Is he still around?

There's no shortage of available talent. The question is: will they spend the money, make the investment?

This thread isn't about money. It is about who YOU would like to hear. Money isn't an issue with me!!!! I can spend others' money as fast as they want to give it to me!

I've always liked Scott Miller. Bob Dearborn, I believe, would be good for overnights. He is a class act.

Musicradio, well, you have the 'right' name! Send your info to the Big 947!
