Based strictly on the fact that the show will continue to air until Summer's end 2012,
wouldn't it be just awful if they air something in the fall of 2013 that turns out to have worse ratings
than what Anderson brought in???
 
That means Fox Chicago will have to find a replacement show next fall for both WFLD & WPWR-TV. Both stations aired Anderson Live. As for the link to the Hollywood Reporter, it's mentioned Katie Couric doing poorly, & most stations aren't happy with the ratings leading into the news. I'm sure WLS-TV isn't happy either, since they were forced by corporate to move Inside Edition & Jeopardy up an hour to make room for Katie at 3pm (all ABC O&O stations are mandated by corporate to air Katie at 3pm), & Inside Edition & Jeopardy have done well for WLS-TV in the 3 & 3:30 pm timeslots for more than 20 years, leading into the 4pm news until this past September.
 
"Anderson Live"'s replacement will most likely be Bethany Frankel (one of the "Real Housewives") Her show somehow 'tested' well this past summer, so Warner Bros./Telepictures will have it all set to go come Fall 2013, and it will likely be another two-season contract.
