Curtis/Oldies

With all of the buzz about WZTK, it sounds certain that it's just a matter of time until it goes Oldies. So, what is CMG going to do once it has THREE Oldies stations in the same area? I don't think Y102.9 will be changed, but WPCM I'm not so sure of. I really like the oldies/beach blend and hope they hang on to it, but I just don't know. Any thoughts? Did Y102 ever hire a midday personality?

WPCM is now positioning itself as "All Alamance All the Time". I guess that means they're going to be hyper-local, no matter what format they end up with.

I hope it's stays oldies/beach. It's a nice mix, and well-listened-to.

Haven't heard anything about 920 but Y 102.9 should not be affected by this move...WZTK is 60s/70s classic top 40/ oldies...my understanding is that the station's playlist will be modeled after Y but will have a different presentation.

Hey!!! Wake up WZTK. You still have 24 hours to make the Oldies switch. :D

I think North Carolina needs another COUNTRY station! Not!!

Who's got the better mustache: Borat, Tom Selleck, or Bea Arthur?
