CW 28 ID ON WSBK 38

I was watching channel 38 at 2 pm right befor the peoples court, and the legal ID for the CW channel 28 came on, with audio, saying
your watching CW 28 Providence, and the 38 logo was down on the lower right.......some one made a mistake
 
Someone fell asleep at the wheel in Master Control..
