CW Nashville moving to WZTV-DT2

According to the website of WZTV/channel 17, the CW is moving from WNAB/channel 58 to WZTV's first subchannel next week or soon after. They say it's part of the deployment of the ATSC 3.0 standard but it's not clear if 58 is going indie, shutting down or simulcasting its 1.0 signal on WZTV's sub. Any clarifications on this?

According to Wikipedia, WNAB would become Sinclair's TBD affiliate.

Did catch that. Thanks. Also, WNAB's ATSC 1.0 signal is on WKRN's subchannel tier on 27.7 (their ATSC 3.0 is on 30.5002).
