CW of Vermont

First, this is my FIRST post. I am so excited to be a part of these boards.

Has anyone heard which station in Vermont will get The CW. I heard it was between Fox44 or UPN39. The VT TV market is very small and it's not a top priority, but I'd love to know.
Edited by upn38fan on 02/15/06 06:53 PM.

It is between the full power FOX affiliate (whom is also a secondary WB affiliate and airs the programming out of pattern...which may get worse once the rumored newscast launches) and the low power UPN affiliate (which has cable coverage in a low cable saturation market and no satellite carriage). I can tell you first hand that neither station knows who's going to get The CW as the "new" network currently has bigger fish to fry, but that's not to say that Burlington/Plattsburgh is a very small market. It is, in fact, a medium sized market as it is ranked 90th.

I can also tell you first hand that not even the people who work for the 2 networks know if they have a job yet beyond September. They're working out department heads right now and many people are having to interview for their own jobs.

Welcome to the boards.
