This will be The CW's service to markets where either the UPN or WB affiliate does not want to become part of The CW. CW Plus will be similar to how WB 100+ service is now. The markets that will be part of this are any between markets 103 to 210. Not every market number between 103 to 210 will get CW Plus as a local station may go with The CW network.

WFXU-TV is a WB network in Tallahassee Florida that runs the WB+100 cable feed
do u think they will be become the CW Plus to be the CW network???
