D/FW facilities - static state?

This thread is concerned with strictly the technical aspects of the D/FW broadcast landscape. The inevitable ownership changes, format changes and rebranding are not germane to the query.

Now that KBOC/98.3 has completed its upgrade (and KHSE/700 is on, albeit sporadically), has the state of broadcasting in our area finally stabilized? It appears that the near steady stream of moveins and major facility changes of the past 15 years is now over. Is that correct or are there more significant modifications still poised to occur?

Another new AM...KKBM 890 Mabank TX (20 kw daytime signal aimed towards Dallas). According to the paperwork with the CP, KTXV 890 Frankston TX will surrender its license to make way for KKBM.

Just speculating that KFWR 95.9 must have some re-engineering hopes...Owners have bought co-channel KYBE 95.9 Frederick OK and adjacent KKAJ 95.7 Ardmore OK.

It appears the Ranch folks want to make a regional Network of sorts. Don't forget their stations in Kerens and Campbell.

It seems like I saw somewhere that they were going to try to upgrade KFWR to a full class C. However, the signal contour diagrams I saw indicated that the existing coverage wasn't going to change by very much, especially toward the Metroplex.
