KHFX 1140 filed this week to increase from 5kw days to 25kw days (http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws...7648&Service=AM&Form_id=301&Facility_id=65313). As part of that electronic filing, the attached the BIA 2006 revenue estimates for each station in its public filing...

Since you normally have to pay for it to get it, it's kind of interesting to see even though it is 2 years old.
From looking at it briefly, its interesting KRLD at $23.8M far out-billed all its CBS FM sisters. At the end of 2006, CBS flipped KOAI to KMVK. KOAI (listed as KMVK there) made $12.7M in its final year...but KJKK make only $8.5M? Question: how accurate are these estimates? Hasn't KJKK always been fairly decent 25-54 (and above KOAI)?
Air America seemed to have sort of decent revenues for a marginal signal (shown as KATH 910...but like 107.5, 910's format changed in October; the listings show the end of year format and calls).
I'm kind of shocked at KESN earned $7M and KWRD-FM earned $6M. Two stations with the same facilities and the "worldwide leader" does about the same as a station that is mostly paid religious programming?
Disney know hows to sell despite the fact Arbitron didn't capture under 12 audiences for KMKI
Despite have a strong signal over most of the population in the market, KHYI earned $900k.
Confirmed: advertisers don't care value selling to 55+ as KAAM earned $550k even though it has more than twice the audience of KHYI.
