D-O-A Day for several Alabama LPFMs

Perusing the great Alabama Media Page this morning, I noticed the Thursday site update concerning WATV's "V94.9" refresh--but also the update on seven Alabama LPFMs who couldn't quite make it to air, licenses and CPs expiring.

The most notable ones IMO:

**WHEX 104.7 "Mobile" (quotations added by me), which was supposed to be a indie radio outlet run by the Mobile Arts Council but with its initial(?) low-watt transmissions coming from Spanish Fort

**WYRH 90.7 Sheffield, applied for by the Tennessee Valley Art Association. Foundation supports Tuscumbia's Tennessee Valley Museum of Art and the Ritz Theatre

**WLNP 107.9 Florence, an application from the University of North Alabama which seemed intended for student broadcasting (dated link).
