DALE HANSEN ON ESPN AND WFAA AT THE SAME TIME

How do they do it? I just discovered that the WFAA digital channel (if you have HD or digital cable in Dallas) has VIDEO to go with his show on ESPN from 6pm to 7pm. If you too wondered how he does both, watching this channel (which usually shows weather), gives you the clue...he does his radio show live, goes to a break, grabs his jacket and walks into the TV studio nearby and does his sportscast on channel 8 and then walks back into his little radio studio at WFAA and keeps on doing his radio show on ESPN.
It's actually pretty interesting because he does the radio show as if he is not "on camera"...and while he's on 8, they just show a shot of an empty radio studio on the digital channel...

This reminds me of the time Rush did his show live, while the CSPAN cameras were pointed at him. CSPAN left the camera rolling, even when Rush was out of the studio during the TOH newsfeeds, etc. Kinda interesting for awhile, but I wonder why CSPAN didn't cut away with their own breaks.

ESPN also did the same thing with Newy when him and Coop where on. But it was a little easier cause Coop could do a segment on his own if Newy was still on TV.

What does 103.3 do when Hansen is doing the TV gig. Do they cover it up with spots and/or sportcenter updates.....
