It drives me crazy, he says it about 100 tims an hour, can he not use another word? And it's just annoying the way he says it.

Its too bad you think that way....i was talking about Dale to my girlfreind yesterday, and the point i made to her was that its a pleasure listening to Dale speak because of the clear articulate way he speaks..IE: pronounces all letter in words, able to understand all sentences...etc

I listen everyday, and i don't notice the over use of any words, and if so, don't you think that is a bit nit-picky?

Even the best have their "crutches."

There's a difference, IMO anyway, between prounoucing words so people know what you are saying and saying a word repeatedly and over pronouncing "L's"
