DALLAS-FORT WORTH PPM RATINGS RELEASED AUGUST 2009

Could there be any typos on there? If not, KRLD has lost HALF its audience since June. How could that be? It's not like they've had any personnel changes or anything ... oops, wait a minute.

Never mind.

Actually, you are correct, there IS a typo. Upon closer inspection & viewing a couple other sites, there's an error on the grid. The August 2009 data for KRLD-AM & KRLD-FM was inverted. (This happens on www.radio-info.com's ratings grid pages sometimes, especially with stations that share the same call letters on AM & FM.)
It should read:

KRLD-AM 2.4 share 482,600 cume News/Talk CBS Radio
KRLD-FM 1.3 share 282,100 cume Sports CBS Radio

No, I think you had the numbers right the first time. When Gavin departed, he emailed all his PPM-carrying buddies and had them take the batteries out for the month. :D)

Gosh....you guys don't think it was 'really' a bad idea to drop their top talent and change formats? Do you?

20th place.... 29th if the numbers were reversed. Gosh....that's.....funny as hell. Serves them right.
