The December 2014 survey period covers Thu. 11/6/14-Wed. 12/3/14 -
publicly released data for subscribing stations age 6+ overall:

Likely that WRR either does not encode for PPM or doesn't subscribe to Nielsen Audio - thus leading to their no-show.

I'd assume their share is in the ~2.0 range, give or take 0.5 [I could be wrong...citation needed ;)].
