KBTC/KCKA (Tacoma/Centralia) still do that- 7pm on Saturday there are two episodes of Keeping Up Appearances followed by As Time Goes By and Last of the Summer Wine. I believe it's up to the individual stations as to when and if to air British comedies. I worked at North Dakota's Prairie Public Television in the mid '80's in Master Control. My shift was 8 pm to sign off at 2:30 (?) am weekdays (tough when you are also going to college full time) and we aired various British comedies from 10:30 (after Eastenders) to midnight- Yes, Minister and To the Manor Born were among the shows aired. After that was an hour of Nova, Frontline, Great Performances; a different show each night and whatever was an hour long. 1:00 am was Nightly Business Report and 1:30 was the McNeil/Leher NewsHour.

Our General Manager at the time explained why the block of British comedies from 10:30 to midnight- it was to give you something to watch and laugh at if you wish but not to feel too guilty about turning off if it was time for bed. This means that the next time you turn on your TV- it would be on Prairie Public TV and maybe you would keep watching whatever was on when you turned your TV back on. Clever that.

WGCU (Ft. Myers, FL) still runs Keeping Up Appearances and As Time Goes By on Saturday nights. They used to run Last of the Summer Wine, as well as another favorite of mine, Are You Being Served?

KPBS only shows 'Under The Vines' on Saturday night, as far as any comedies.

It's been some years since they had a multi show Brit Com block on Saturday night. Some favorites from the past:

Waiting For God
Vicious
Fawlty Towers
 
Sad news in deed. KOCE-50 in Huntington Beach, now the PBS station for the greater Los Angeles area, ran Keeping Up Appearances for over a decade along with As Time Goes By, Are You Being Served?, Eastenders, Waiting For God, and others. KUA and ATGB seemed by far the most eccentric and thus enjoyable to me of all their BBC imports.

I actually had no idea all these programs were being broadcast by so many other PBS stations around the country.
