I wonder why NESN aired the LIVE Johnny Damon news conference from Yankee Stadium in New York. It must be because Damon was such a big fan favorite in Boston. Well I am a Red Sox fan and I watched it, just to see what he had to say.

It's a mega sports story in New England and for regular NESN viewers, even though we don't like what happened. Also, I've never seen so much coverage of someone getting getting a hair cut.

It was NESN feed out of Yankee Stadium. All NESN graphics. At the time this news conference broke they were showing yesturdays rerun of the Bruins game.
