As a critic of network news, I must also give credit when it is well earned.

Dan Harris' report on WORLD NEWS TONIGHT dealing the slow response to Hurrican Katrina was the first network news I have heard that was fair and balanced to ALL sides involved in this tragedy. While there may have been others, this is the first one I have heard. With the holiday week, I think it was on Tuesday night.
