Dan Ingram CBS FM video clips

CBS-FM's web site has about 6 minutes of Dan Ingram from (I believe) a few weeks ago when he was on. Does anyone know if that is correct, or was it from some other time. Dan is a little slower and looks a bit older also than the last time I had seen him.

Dan Ingram was probably the best top forty dj ever but, having said that, seeing the video of him on CBS-FM is just as depressing as having heard the show that night. He is old. He sounds old. He didn't look healthy either.
His timing was off. He was having trouble concentrating. I would rather remember the Dan Ingram who was on the air the day the 10000 kids were at the Beatle's hotel singing along with the jingles. There is a time in people's lives when their skills diminish with age. As great as Ingram was, he should let people remember his greatness and not try to hang on too long. He should never go on the air again.

I actually thought Dan looked pretty well!! And, I thought he did a pretty damn good show. Besides, those 10000 kids are getting pretty old too. Dan still holds his own with anyone you want to put up against him. Keep it up kemosabe!!

My reaction was the same as Truth's. It was sad. No energy, no timing, looked like he was laboring rather than having any fun. Let it be. The legend is secure. There's no need to go back on the air and tarnish that. Come back to be interviewed and to tell stories, but not to try to re-create what is clearly gone.

I just watched the Video Is it Me or during that time CBS-FM was actually Playing all OLDIES? Sounding like an OLDIES Station and NOT a Classic Hits format.
