And let's hope that his decesions and directions for the San Francisco market are better than we had from Joel Hollander.

Any speculation as to what he will do here first?

Another CBS FM property in San Francisco is Live 105 KITS, and what's it pulling these days? I believe it's below a two share 12+ as well.

Dan will be the man coming to The Bay Area for damage control and with good reason. It appears that NONE of the CBS Radio stations serving San Francisco are even in the top 10, 25-54. That's a huge deficit in terms of potential revenue and if the Spring numbers continue this trend, they'll have to live with it for most of the year.

The first thing Dan needs to do is send Doug Harvill back to Sacramento where he belongs and leave the San Francisco stations to the big boys. Second he needs to hire Dave "The Duke" Sholin at whatever his price is to program KFRC 99.7 and let him have 1550 for KFRC AM. Or better yet let Dave move KFRC to 106.9 and put Free FM out of its misery! 99.7 could then be reformated with Jack-FM. I sure others have many ideas to offer too.
 
oh poor leanne...so young ...so gullible... 18-34 numbers look terrible - that is unless you think 7th place in your target demo is something to be proud of.

7th 18-34. Not exactly glamorous rank in their core demo either. And, I missed it this morning, were Tony, Ravey and Woody talking up their #1 status again?
 
hmmm- i doubt it ... this would be a good trend for woody&crew to keep their heads down and hope that CBS doesn't wake up and put in the EFR show in their place -
