I was thinking could we ever see this show move from the regional sport networks that air his show to the new NBC Sports Network? Could this happen?

Highly unlikely. Patrick's radio (and TV) show are produced by DirecTV Sports Group (owners of the Root Sports regional networks). NBCSN is an entity of competitor Comcast.
