Dan Patrick will move to mornings on WPEN 950 AM

From 9 AM-12 PM Monday-Friday live according to Michael Klein of the Inquirer today.
 
I knew Tony Bruno left big shoes to fill, but wow.

I wonder if, in the near future, Dan Patrick might follow suit with Bruno and Rome before him, and do some shows live from the WPEN studios.
 
What I don't get is that they are still replaying his show from 11 PM-2 AM. The station should stop doing that and air something live during that time period.

That's a silly move, if that's what they're going to do. If they're going to air something syndicated in overnights, they might as well make it syndicated and live.

Sports talk on tape delay is even dumber than regular talk on tape delay. A guy at 11 p.m. who's not talking about the games that just ended?
