Dan Potter on KRLD

Dan was on with Jay McFarland today....Ernie was off. I was able to listen for a couple of hours and it sounded great.

Geez. Already on the competition? :)

Can we say "good attorney" to wrangle
him out of that no compete?

I can't imagine him being at 'BAP for
so many years without having one.
Of course, there are MANY loopholes
with no competes, as I have found
out personally. Here in Texas, most
times they can't even be enforced.
Folks like to shake a stick and
threaten , but that's about all.

Good luck to you Dan, from someone who
used to be in the trenches with you.

Based on my experience with non-competes, they can stop you from going across the street but they can't keep you from seeking employment if they don't pay you during the non-compete period.

KRLD could use a guy like Dan Potter ... he'd be better than what that station puts out there now. 5 hours of Ernie and Jay is a bit much for me.

5hrs of ernie and jay ,espeicially jay is enough for anyone .

With ratings like Jay and Ernie, more proof if you're liked in the halls at Fitzugh you stay employed no matter how inept you are.
Just like Jack D at WBAP once said....That place is pure evil. A political hell hole for sure.

I can stand potter's voice..Jay is too squeeky for radio ..he needs to get done where the money is...
