Dan Potter Out at KRMG

The Tulsa World is reporting that Dan Potter is out as host of the KRMG Morning News. The newspaper reports that he went into a meeting with Dr. Zoellner, who informed him his contract would not be renewed.

Sad. KRMG has been a great example of a well-run medium market NewsTalk and Dan Potter was a good part of that.

I guess when you spend that much buying a cluster you have to make some deep cuts.

I've been a fan of Dan since the 90s when he was on WBAP. I hope he lands somewhere even better soon... if that is his desire.
