Dan is okay, but he spends too much of his time trying to copy, and become the next Russ Martin. He doesn't have the sharp wit or skill that Russ has. Tasos needs to be replaced by someone a lot more skilled. He just doesn't have a quick enough mind for radio.
But between the two groups, I gotta go with P&K. You don't know how hard it is to say that. Despite their lack of brains, they still put on a pretty good show overall. And they aren't trying to copy anyone else.

If you don't like sports and hear the Randy Galloway show can you say he sucks cause he doesn't interest you?

You're thinking of Tasos...Dan is the smaller of the two.
And quit picking on them. They are home-grown, obviously have a certain amount of talent, and just need some experience and development. Everyone complains about out-of-towners being brought in to fill local openings. With D & T you have a case of just the opposite.

You don't have to put "pull over" in quotes...everyone knows what you mean. It's not like we all found this out in the paper or something. Pugs talked about it on air. And I doubt they will hire a PR person to handle this...just like they didn't hire one for Russ.
I think there might be a few of us who think he should deal with this himself..and not have his "boss" get involved. Now a days everyone gets the blame for what someone did. We should probably get an apology from infinity, the place it was held, the bartender, the bar back, the liquor distributor and company, his friends, and his mom for letting him be born.

Dead air is better than P&K any day of the week. Dan & Tasos need some work, interesting that Sybil always seems to be there "Working" when P&K are on vacation. Is that a sign? When the ratings come out and Gavin cancels P&K do you think Dan & Tasos will take over? Of course David Lee will have run his course and Infinity will pony up the bucks to get Russ to do the morning drive slot. That is when the major changes will hit KLLI. They are already hitting KLUV, KRLD and some say the Oasis is next.
Did Kelly call in during the Dan & Tasos Show? She is so insecure, but then a new lawsuit always helps her state of mind. Pugs better grow up, How many times has anyone of you ever used the excuse I got arrested last night and that's why I couldn't make it to work. Gavin, how do you handle a situation like that?

Most likely Darvon or Vicodin and washing it down with alcohol. His "nights" out on the town and the numerous shots or drinks he has downed. One might be inclined to describe Pugs as a drug abuser and binge drinker. Oh, and of course his Ambien abuse. Kelly is his enabler.

I would not be surprised to hear that Pugs has gone to rehab. Gavin will of course endorse that procedure. This gives him more ammo to dump P&K, the DUI incident will no doubt be hangin over Pugs for as long as he is at 105.3

It's been a while since I've heard P&K's stuff, but I do listen to Dan & Tasos on the weekends when I get a chance. So if I get time while they are filling in this week then yes I will listen to them, as I did some today.
I noticed I listened to P&K less and less over time, Pugs voice was just to grating. Same thing happened a few years ago when Leykis's voice really got bad. After a while I just quit listening & would switch over to music during his show until it was time to switch back to hear O&A's show.<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by DILLIGAS on 12/22/05 05:12 AM.</FONT></P>

Who is "us"...because the problem is not really with me. I guess I don't use radio like everyone else on here to get my "kicks". I don't rely on it as the source of my life filled entertainment. I don't hear every time he gets drunk or follow these people to their appearances like other people on here even though they can't stand listening to them and watch how much they drink.
I have 300 volunteer hours through MAAD this year and I know the devestation that drinking and driving causes. I don't know what happened or how much he drank or how he handles his alcohol. If he did do it it is his fault and maybe he will learn from it. It's the 3rd and 4th time offenders that I can't stand. If this is his first offense..let him learn from his mistake and move on.
Even if they don't have the numbers they have the sponsors. How many in the last 2 years have they gained rather than lost?
