I wish Dan Ingram would voice infomercials for pillls, etc.
At least they would be amusing. And , Dan always says he likes $$$$.
I hope BIG Dan is doing well these days & enjoying retirement. Does he
live in Miami? That's what I've been told . We surely miss guys like Dan
& others on radio these days.

I doubt Dan would do infomercials even for good $$$.
That work is beneath him.

(seems to me Dan may have been mistreated by WKTU & CBS-FM
& if so----that's a disgrace . )

Nice info on Dan Ingram doing voiceovers in commercials. Back in the 60's and 70's, Dan was involved in doing voiceover works on so many commercials while he was at WABC at the time. In the 1980's when WABC left the station and flipped to talk, he still does well with his voiceover career. He also did many of the Milton Bradley commercials like "Operation" "T.H.I.N.G.S.", "Yahtzee" and so many ads that aimed towards a younger audience when Milton Bradley produced these ads during the morning and afternoon block of cartoons on a few TV stations. Dan was the best after all these years. He was at WABC during the 60's and 70's and then he also did weekends on CBS-FM from 1991 until he left in 2003. I used to listened to him all the time. He was a genius in both a DJ and a voiceover guy.

Not sure what kind of 'pills' you have in mind for Dan to hawk but if you heard him interviewed by simone about 2 years ago he sounds like he suffered a stoke. He sounded terrible.Don't know how simone let him on the air.

Dan did not sound well when he was on WABC with Simone but we all age & must keep that in mind.
